APPLICATION

The full automatic centrifugal machine mod. TRF8 350 F300 CE PLC has been studied and manufactured for the production of small, medium and large size items (such as leather and shoes accessories, costume jewellery, toys, key-holders, medals, buckles, etc.), employing low-melting point alloys (maximum working temperature of 500°C).

The high technology of this machine is represented by a colourless terminal operator directed by a PLC which contains all parameters to regulate each cycle, choosing to work manually or (in case of ROTOCODE version) with an automatic function, by the reading of a bar code reporting all parameters already fixed by the operator.

 

PRODUCTIVITY

  • 150-250 castings per hour depending from the size of items. This machine grants an higher productivity compared to the other models, as the metal casting into the silicone mould is automatically executed. Working on this machine the operator just controls the cycle and changes the silicone moulds.

 

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

  • Tension: standard V380 three-phase 50Hz. On request all other tensions and frequencies;
  • Possibility to employ moulds until maximum diameter mm. 350 and of a maximum total thickness of mm. 40;
  • Operator panel with colourless screen of cm. 210×160, where it is possible to visualise all regulation parameters of each mould;
  • On the operator panel, page “data definition”, it is possible to visualise and program the required valours, relating to:
  • melting temperature of the metal;
  • temperature of the injection channel of the melted metal;
  • centrifugation speed;
  • pressure of mould closure;
  • centrifugation time;
  • time of metal spilling;
  • turning sense;
  • numbers of effectuated spillings;
  • manual cycle or, in case of complete version, rotocode cycle.
    • PLC equipped by a memory studied to contain more than 10.000 different receipts;
    • Regulator with a pressure visualization of the plant line;
    • Electronic switch for the perfect control of the pressure closing mould;
    • Programmation of automatic start of the furnace through the operator panel with the possibility to regulate a night keeply temperature, to prevent the rapid cooling of the metal, which usually causes the dammage of the crucible;
    • Sensor able to indicate the moulds already casted. This prevents the possibility of a double wrong casting in the same rubber;
    • Indication of eventual anomalies in the plant by a visual and acoustic alarm of the operator panel, including:
  • alarm for not effectuated turning of the table;
  • alarm for pipe thermocouple stopped;
  • alarm PLC battery;
  • alarm for low furnace temperature;
  • alarm for high furnace temperature;
  • alarm for low pipe temperature;
  • alarm for high pipe temperature;
  • alarm inverter speed;
  • alarm for pressure not reached;
  • alarm for table not positioned;
  • alarm for missed spilling;
  • alarm for thermical reaction;
  • alarm for blocked inverter;
  • alarm for auxiliares not filled;
  • alarm maintenance;
  • alarm for metal in the mould (double spilling);
  • alarm ROTOCODE (for the complete version);
    • The series software of the TRF8 F300 CE PLC is expected in the complete model, so it is possible to add this system on the machine connecting some plugs (already placed in the base version) and starting the bar code pressing simply the button;
    • The ROTOCODE group (optional) is composed by a read system equipped by a scanner placed on an electrical motor, which gives the possibility of the complete turning of the mould, with the bar code label in radial position near the centre and the relative printer;
    • The general sectionalising and the pneumatic connection are with lock, as required by CEE Directives;
    • Security cover complete of the parts in movement (centrifugation group) composed by a double protection: the first is a mechanical one, situated in front of the operator by the entrance/exit of the moulds; the second is composed by a door controlled by a pneumatic micro-cylinder and equipped with a magnetic safety sensor for the immediate blocking of the centrifugation, in case of anticipate opening;
    • Vat to contain lose metal and to grant a complete protection of the electrical and pneumatic parts;
    • The plates holding rubbers have been studied and realized with a bigger diameter, to prevent the changing of their dimensions caused by the effects pressure-temperature;
    • Crucible with big thickness for a best resistance to corrosion and a conicity to prevent breakdowns due to the pressure creates by the metal;
    • Sliding protection on the crucible with a special insulating to contain the temperature in the casting area and an energy saving;
  • “Swan-neck”: turned and grinded single casting of pig iron, on which the rotating cylinder and the platens to close the moulds are mounted. It allows to obtain an uniform pressure on the rubber, less vibrations and the consequent improvement of the castings;
  • Cooling system of the silicone moulds in entrance/exit;
  • Protection of the turning table, as required by CEE Directives;
  • Optional: inox crucible and alimentation for burner furnace GPL/marsh gas.
