APPLICATION

The manual centrifuge mod. HOBBY CE has been studied and manufactured for the production of small size items (such as costume jewellery, toys, key-holders, medals, statues, small soldiers etc.), employing low-melting point alloys (maximum working temperature of 350°C).

PRODUCTIVITY

• 40 – 60 casting per hour.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

• Tension: V220 mono-phase 50Hz. On request all other tensions and frequencies;
• Possibility to employ silicone moulds until maximum diameter mm. 230 and maximum total thickness of mm. 30;
• Fixed spin speed 900 rpm;
• Electrical plant as per Directives CEE with emergency button for immediate stop of the machine;
• Safety travel end to block the machine functioning, if an advanced opening of the cover will occur;
• Autobraking motor KW 0,18.
