Description
APPLICATION
The manual press mod. PVM 230 HOBBY CE has been studied and manufactured for the vulcanisation of small silicone moulds fit for centrifugal casting.
PRODUCTIVITY
Once the vulcanisation temperature of 180°C has been reached, it is possible to produce one mould every 30/60 minutes, considering the thickness of the rubber.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
- Tension: standard V220 single-phase 50Hz. On request all other tensions and frequencies;
- Dimensions of the heating platens mm. 250×265 for molding box of maximum Ø mm. 230 with maximum thickness of mm. 50/55;
- Electronic thermo-regulator for the perfect control of temperature;
- Automatic timer ;
- Manual hydraulic pump.
